LOOKS FROM CANNES FILM FESTIVAL

And yet we had another posibility to clap eyes on well-dressed (however not always) stars and get inspired by their red carpet looks. It was even better than last that important red carpet moment - Met Gala. Why? Because Festival de Cannes lasted far more than only one day.
It was accompanied by many events such as one of more substantial galas of the year - amfAR's Cinema Against AIDS Gala. The whole festival started on May 14 with the screening of Grace of Monako with Nicole Kidman as title character. The loved idol, Ryan Gosling, showed in Cannes Lost Rive, his...directorial debut. There was Clouds of Sils Maria, the movie with three superpopular actresses: Chloë Grace Moret, Kristen stewart and Juliette Binoche. ''Belgian Western'' this is how the Deux Jours, Une Nuit movie with Marion Cotillard was billed as. Tommy Lee Jones stars, directs, and produces The Homesman where Meryl Streep acts alongside her daughter Grace Gummer. In his Maps to the Stars David Cronenberg knocks Hollywood and puts Rob Pattinson, Julianne Moore and Mia Wasikowska in leading roles. The British showed Mike Leigh's Mr Turner, a biopic of the last 25 years of the titular eccentric painter's life. Fashion lovers could find something for themselves not only on the red carpet. Another movie presented in Cannes was  the second of two Yves Saint Laurent films. Saint Laurent is thie unauthorised account of the designer’s life which had to (and did) fuel controversy.
Who won Palme d'Or? I'm sure you'll see winners everywhere else on the Web, so on Fashion from Art, traditionally, you'll see fashion.
